SITUATION

Clayey & chalky soil, south facing slopes on the right
bank of the river Tarn.

VINIFICATION

The rose wine is made by bleeding off some of the red wine. A small part (8 to 10 %) of the juices is extracted after a night of maceration with the grapes.

This gives it a pink colour without the tannin.

BOTTLING

Bottled at the Estate using sterilised stainless steel equipment. (steamed after each drawing)

TASTING NOTES

Bright pink in colour, it presents an intense aroma with a
round finish.

It will compliment salads, cold meat, light summer meals & barbecues. Serve chilled (10 à 12°C)

This wine will keep for 1 to 2 years
