VINIFICATION

Hand-picked & fermented from 12 to 14 days in stainless steel vats under constant temperature control - malolactic fermentation.

BOTTLING

Bottled at the Estate using sterilised stainless steel equipment. (steamed after each drawing)

TASTING NOTES

A rich ruby colour, complex aromas, mainly red fruit with a hint of spice, with a supple & round finish.

Serve from 16°C to 18°C with cold meats, red meat and cheese

This wine can be drunk young or kept for 3 or 4 years
