VINIFICATION
This wine is fermented on lees in oak casks for 9 months with regular “batonnage” (stirring of fine sediment).
BOTTLING
Bottled at the Estate using sterilised stainless steel equipment. (steamed after each drawing)
TASTING NOTES
Clear & bright yellow with a hint of green, an elegant and intense nose of peach and vanilla. The palate is long and smooth, slightly buttery, with low tannins.
Best served at a temperature of 10°C, with fish, poultry and some cheeses (goats cheese, tome de montagne...)
