Clear & bright yellow with a hint of green, an elegant and intense nose of peach and vanilla. The palate is long and smooth, slightly buttery, with low tannins.
Clayey & chalky soil, south facing slopes on the right bank of the
river Tarn.
This wine is fermented on lees in oak casks for 9 months with regular “batonnage” (stirring of fine sediment).
Bottled at the Estate using sterilised stainless steel equipment. (steamed after each drawing)
